Salmon with Brown Butter Pistachio Sauce and Hazelnut Sweet Potato Mash

Preparation Time: 10 mins | Servings: 2


  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 Tbs butter
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 Tbs pistachio butter Buy it here
  • Salt


  1. Season the fillets with salt and then sear till cooked on both sides to the doneness of your liking. 
  2. In another pan heat the butter with chopped garlic till it starts to brown and smells like hazelnut. 
  3. Once done pour into a bowl and whisk in the pistachio butter. 
  4. Serve over the salmon.

Hazelnut Sweet Potato Mash

Preparation Time: 20 mins | Servings: 2


  • 2 Sweet potato, cubed and roasted till soft
  • 2 Tbs cream
  • 2 Tbs hazelnut butter Buy it here
  • Salt and pepper
  • Chives


  1. Mash the sweet potato while adding in the cream.
  2. Then mash in the hazelnut butter till well incorporated.
  3. Season with salt and pepper and stir in chopped chives.

Garlic Green Beans

Preparation Time: 5 mins | Servings: 2


  • 1 cup green beans, cut in spears and blanched
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Oil
  • Salt


  1. In a pan quickly cook minced garlic and toss in the green beans. 
  2. Season with salt and remove from the pan when coated with garlic.
