Peanut Plum Yee Sang

Ingredients

  • 1 carrot, sliced thin
  • 1 Japanese cucumber, sliced thin
  • ¼ purple cabbage, shredded
  • 1 red pepper, sliced thin
  • 1 mango, sliced thin
  • ½ sengkuang, sliced thin
  • 2 Tbs pickled red ginger
  • 2 Tbs chopped roasted peanuts
  • 1 Tbs cilantro, roughly chopped
  • 1 Tbs scallion, sliced
Sauce:
  • 2 Tbs plum sauce
  • 1 Tbs marmalade
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 2 Tbs Peanut butter Buy it here
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Steps

  1. Whisk all of the sauce ingredients together.
  2. Arrange all the fresh ingredients on a plate.
  3. Pour the sauce all over and toss to combine when ready to enjoy the Yee Sang
