Corn Chips with Cheesy Cashew Dip

Ingredients

  • ½ cup cashew butter Buy it here
  • 1 Tbs lemon juice
  • 1 Tbs soy sauce
  • 2 Tbs nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp turmeric
  • Water, to desired consistency
  • Corn chips

Steps

  1. Whisk/blend all the ingredients till you get the consistency of the cheesy sauce desired. More water if you’d like a looser more pourable consistency. 
  2. Serve with corn chips.
