- ¼ cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup raisins
- ½ cup oats
- Cashews, chopped
- Blitz everything in a food processor until it comes together as a dough.
- Divide the dough and roll into balls and coat with chopped cashews (makes approximately 12 pieces depending on size).
- Chill in the fridge before eating.
