Savoury Hazelnut Porridge

Preparation Time: 5 mins | Cook Time: 5 mins | Servings: 2


  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup broccoli florets
  • 2 Tbs hazelnut butter Buy it here
  • Soy sauce, as desired
  • Sesame oil, as desired
  • 1 tsp fried shallots


  1. Cook the rolled oats with the chicken stock until tender. Add water if needed to thin out the consistency.
  2. When almost cooked add in the broccoli to quickly cook through.
  3. Drizzle with soy sauce and sesame oil and sprinkle with fried shallots to serve.
