- 1 cup chicken stock
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup broccoli florets
- 2 Tbs hazelnut butter Buy it here
- Soy sauce, as desired
- Sesame oil, as desired
- 1 tsp fried shallots
- Cook the rolled oats with the chicken stock until tender. Add water if needed to thin out the consistency.
- When almost cooked add in the broccoli to quickly cook through.
- Drizzle with soy sauce and sesame oil and sprinkle with fried shallots to serve.
